1. Scope of Offerings

We provide three categories of offerings: luxury apartment selection services, digital guides and reports (info products), and branded merchandise (goods). Each category is subject to the rules detailed below.

2. Luxury Apartment Selection Services

Our bespoke service includes personalized search and reservation coordination for luxury residences. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required arrangement fee.

3. Digital Guides and Reports

We offer downloadable guides and reports featuring curated insights on high-end properties. Access is granted after full processing of fees.

4. Branded Merchandise

Clients may purchase branded items such as apparel and accessories. Orders are processed and shipped following confirmation.

5. Fees and Processing

All fees are due at the time of request. We accept major card networks and bank transfer. The charge date is the date of confirmation. Any fees associated with payment processing are the responsibility of the client.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Standard service reservations may be canceled for a full refund if notice is given at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation for your arrangement.

Clients may request to transfer a reservation to a different date or person, subject to availability, if notice is provided at least 7 days in advance. Transfer requests made with less notice may incur a change fee.

6.2 Digital Guides and Reports

These info products are provided in digital format. All sales are final once the digital file is accessed or downloaded. If no access has occurred, a refund may be requested within 7 days of the order date, which will be processed within 14 days of approval.

6.3 Branded Merchandise

Branded items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping costs for send-back unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of sent-back items, via the original method of fee submission.

7. Requesting a Refund or Transfer

To request any refund or transfer, please complete our contact form with your order details and reason. We will review within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to eliteresiselect.tech. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
